LAGOS PRINTING CORPORATION WINS CONSUMER VALUE AWARD WITH 81.1% CITIZEN VOTE

Lagos State Printing Corporation (LSPC) has emerged as the winner of the Excellence in Service Delivery Award, State Government category at the 5th Consumers Value Awards (CVA) 2026, securing an impressive 81.1 per cent of the total valid votes cast in the category.

The recognition was announced at the Consumers Value Awards ceremony held on Wednesday, 23 September 2026, at the Jakadi Hall, Radisson Blu Hotel, Ikeja GRA, Lagos, with the theme, “Beyond Satisfaction: Redefining Consumer Value in a New Economy.”

The award ceremony attracted an array of distinguished personalities, including government officials, diplomats, business leaders, industry stakeholders, consumer advocates and members of the media. The Governor of Lagos State was also represented at the occasion by the General Manager of the Lagos State Consumer Protection Agency (LASCOPA), Mr. Afolabi Solebo.

Representing the General Manager of Lagos State Printing Corporation, Hon. (Dr.) Kolawole Peregrino, at the ceremony was the Special Adviser to the General Manager on Legal Matters, Barrister Kayode Tinubu, who led members of the management team to receive the award on behalf of the Corporation.

The award was subsequently formally presented to the General Manager, Hon. (Dr.) Kolawole Peregrino, at the LSPC headquarters in Alausa, in recognition of the Corporation’s outstanding performance in the Excellence in Service Delivery, State Government category.

The recognition, organised by the Consumers Value Awards under the auspices of BrandXchange, was based on the Citizen Scorecard, a platform designed to provide citizens with an opportunity to assess public institutions from the perspective of the people they serve.

With LSPC recording 81.1 per cent of the total valid votes, the recognition represents a strong expression of citizen confidence in the Corporation’s commitment to quality, reliability, professionalism and efficient service delivery.

The award also stands as a significant milestone in the ongoing transformation of the Lagos State Printing Corporation under the leadership of Hon. (Dr.) Kolawole Peregrino and within the broader vision of the administration of His Excellency, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu, Executive Governor of Lagos State, particularly in strengthening public institutions and improving service delivery to the people.
