The Commissioner of Police, Abia State Command, CP Wilfred Olutokunbo Afolabi, psc(+), minips, JP, addressed a delegation of 31 police officers from Abia State, comprising 9 female and 22 male officers of Regular Course 7, who are rounding off their one-year attachment with the Command.
