Hajiya Amina Ibrahim Gamawa Joins Second Day of RMAFC Working Visit to Abia

Hajiya Amina Ibrahim Gamawa, Federal Commissioner representing Bauchi State at the Revenue Mobilisation, Allocation and Fiscal Commission (RMAFC), joined the Commission’s Fiscal Efficiency and Budget Committee for the second day of its working visit to Abia State.

The visit focused on verifying projects for which the Abia State Government is seeking support in Solid Minerals, Agriculture and Tourism, as part of government’s efforts to support states in developing and enhancing revenue from non-oil sectors.

The Committee inspected some proposed projects and tourism sites and paid a courtesy visit to the Executive Governor of Abia State, His Excellency Dr. Alex Otti, where the Committee commended his administration’s efforts toward developing the state’s economic resources.

The visit highlights RMAFC’s commitment to supporting states in diversifying their economies, strengthening internally generated revenue and promoting sustainable development beyond the oil sector.
